Fitbits that have the sensors for HRV tracking (and SpO2) should be tracked all day. This is important data to show body stress. The daily readiness score is in desperate need of improvement particularly in needing better HRV data
Moderator edit: Clarified subject for clarity.
We buy the devices with these sensors and should be able to access the data it can record. The daily readiness score needs improving to get this feature on the levels of other smart trackers such as Garmin with their Body Battery feature. At current the readiness score is very unreliable and seems to be tracking the wrong data.
