Hey this would be great for any Fitbit device to be able to customise the vibration intensity and style (pattern) for actually not-so-silent alarms. I just got the inspire 2 and its ability to vigorously shake the whole building just falls short of giving me a heart attack every morning.
I moved from a Charge 2 to a Charge 4 and am disappointed in the Charge 4's alarm pattern. The Charge 4's pattern (at least by comparison) has very little variation, if any, and ends in a "wind down" manner which tends to lull me back into sleeping. The Charge 2 varied its pattern ended more abruptly, being much more effective in walking me up.
Realizing that not everyone will find the same pattern as optimal, providing choices would be the ideal. Even a choice between the already established patterns from the Charge 2 and Charge 4 would be a great start, and probably wouldn't take much effort to make happen.
Please, find the time to provide this feature on the Charge 4. If anything, allows us to have a gradual change of vibration, from light to strong and for how long it takes for it to happen.
Personally, I find it way too sudden and its waking me startled. I'm already not using the alarm because of this.
