Decide if you want to delete recent/frequent food entries

1. You can add custom food entries which you can delete via the web interface - please allow deletion of these foods on the apps as well.

2. When you add foods to your recent/frequent list you cannot delete them anymore and so the list just grows and grows. Please let us delete these entries in the apps.

I'm totally agree with what is stated in DNA_Dude's last message.
Please fix this app section.

The ability to delete food entries in the frequent and recent listings.  Sorting ability would be helpful.

I've seen this question asked before and checked as answered. However, it was only answered for custom list solution. I can delete custom foods but there's no option for the other 2 lists. It's so cluttered & must scroll down alot since it's not alphabetically listed which would also be great! I need to delete foods I've chosen accidentally or no longer want to see or need. Please add this option! I use updated android version.

Being that it's 8 years later and nothing has been done about it maybe it was time for the poster to start a new topic. It's really absurd this hasn't been implemented yet, basic common sense tells you that you need it. Step up your game Fitbit

I agree fully, we spend money on their products and get nothing in return. They take our money and run. Step up Fitbit and get it done. I posted this same thing approximately a year ago, some have posted this. More than four years ago….

It's been many years since that post you shown of. I figured a fresh new
one asking for these options may catch the developers attention this
time around.

Kind of crazy that they want people to pay for premium meanwhile they can't even be bothered to add a delete button for food items under frequent and recent.  Even after 8 years of people asking for it.  Exactly what is premium support paying for?

can you make the list of foods editable so old foods can be deleted?

Please provide a way to be able to sort and remove items in the 'my foods', 'frequent', 'recent' and 'custom' lists in the mobile app. I have food items that I removed months ago on my web dashboard that never sync'd with my phone app.

This food log is getting to be very problematic!  I am needing to track my food very closely, and am spending way too much time trying to find food in my list of foods.  It needs to be sortable and items need to be able to be deleted!  Please make this change soon.

I see that there are posts from 2014, so this has been an issue for 10 years!!

I have not idea why they do not address this obvious problem flawlessly.

Create the ability to delete foods from favorites and recent list to clear up space and not search through everything I ate ONCE

Once you log a food, it stays in your frequent or recent food log. The list gets very long and is not alphabetized so you can scroll forever trying to find a certain frequent food. Would like the ability to delete foods that were eaten one time, or were erroneously logged, or eventually found a better match.

I've seen the issue of deleting foods from recent food list for TEN YEARS.  If you're never going to do it just say so and be honest about why!  My current Fitbit is getting to its end of Life. I'm seriously considering going with another brand over the ridiculous handling of this issue.

Yes to being able to delete added foods to the most regularly used food list, recent. The list just keeps getting longer!  On some food screens, user only has to gently swipe left and a red delete button shows up. But this is not true for the “frequent” or “recent” food lists!  How is this oversight possible?

This has been a problem for years. Seems to me a competent programmer could improve this situation.

Yes! Especially since the software already allows the user to delete a custom food on other screens! Why is this deletion feature not consistent on other, comparable screens?
