Dedicated Cardio Fitness Testing Mode

Fitbit models with heart rate monitoring support Cardio Fitness.

This article describes how it is calculated. For the most accurate score, we need to run on flat terrain for 10 minutes (with GPS).

The problem becomes, when going on longer, slower runs, your score can actually go lower. Walks have been reported to also lower the score.

I'd like to see a dedicated Cardio Fitness testing mode, which let's the tracker start a Run exercise for testing and adjusting the Cardio Fitness scores.  This could be a dedicated Exercise mode--"Fitness Testing".

That way, normal runs and walks will be excluded from the score adjustment, and Cardio Fitness scores will no longer be lowered by them.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
