Disable "Well Done" AZM notification

I have been told it is not possible to disable the "Well Done" vibrating notification for AZM minutes. This is not celebrating a particular goal it's a running total that goes off at specific intervals? My only workaround is to run in Sleep Mode 24/7. And yes, I have disabled every notification I can find, adjusted goals high/low etc.
This is needed because:
People deserve to not be disturbed by unwanted distractions. This occurs in DND mode, during activities and during the normal course of a day. Imagine being interrupted during: a meeting, golf swing, or being intimate. Very frustrating! People don't need to be forced to get little screen rewards to keep using these devices.
