As title. It's really weird that the moderators here feel it necessary to reword just about every suggestion made. And it seems they frequently do it poorly, using dubious grammar, or failing to pay much attention to what the post says.
This is needed because:
Posts with irrelevant titles get ignored. If I've put a stupid title like "HELP ME" or "Feature request" or something, then fine, edit it. But if it's clear what the post is about, leave it. If an irrelevant title has been added to my post by a moderator for no apparent reason, that amplifies my irritation at whatever problem I'm already having.
I'd use this: Once in a while
