Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.
My premium expires in June and the same for me! I called them to voice my concerns. The clerk had no explanation so I asked to speak to her supervisor, any supervisor. None was available and I received a useless email to which I cannot respond. AWFUL customer relations! When you think that fitbit watches were purchased through word of mouth recommendations from friends and family members, how are they ever going to get out of this on the money side of the equation?
You would think that we would get some kind of explanation or acknowledgment. Ah well! Their loss. Enjoy your apple watch. I may go to a regular garmin watch. Still don’t understand how cycling does count as steps. It’s my biggest sport. However washing dishes counts as steps… 😂
That isn’t what I have been told , the worker bees 4 of them have said they don’t know what they are doing or if there will be a challenge , you see Fitbit/Google won’t make anything free for all users because they want every to buy premium
With out the challenges I will switch to Apple Watch. The only reason for having a Fitbit is for the challenges. Looks like they will lose a ton of customers due to this bad idea. I’ve been doing multiple week and weekend challenges every week for many years. In fact I feel they need to make it bigger and better not take it away. Our weekly challenges fill up so fast we have to make a few. Fitbit really need to reconsider this change and bring it back.
Can someone tell me how this stridekick works? And how to change over? Do I keep using the fitbit with this app? Or can I move on to Apple Watch? After 10 years of setting up challenges, they kicked us to the curb. The challenges with so many friends was the only reason that I did not move on to Apple Watch.
You need to download the Stridekick app. You can use any tracker or watch. With fitbit you need to keep the app to sync with and then it transfers to Stridekick. There are challenges on the app that they set up or you can create your own challenge and invite your friends. The limit per challenge is usually 10 friends but you can get permission to increase this number. I hope this helps.
I just joined Stridekick so don't know much but it is a free app and you can join challenges...you have to keep your fitbit app as it syncs with that once you update..just tell it what device you have...fingers crossed!
Just download the Stridekick App and sync with whatever fitness tracker you have (Fitbit, Apple Watch etc) Then look for challenges within the app, share your username with your group and have them do the same.
You CAN choose to use several different options of tracking devices when you move to Stridekick! I am using my Apple Watch and when my Fitbit dies I will “kick it to the curb”! Stridekick is fairly simple and straightforward! The only downside I see is that you MUST have people listed in your Stridekick friend list in order to invite them to the Challenge there. So I contacted my Fitbit friends and sent them a friend request from Stridekick. Once they joined and I knew their user name I could then invite them to the Challenge in Stridekick! I like the Stridekick app and it’s free. Hope this helps you?… CB
I can't believe you would delete even after all of the feedback from customers saying this is the main feature and reason we have a FitBit for all these years. Please bring the Challenges back.
If not I'll definitely re-think which tracker I will use once my current Fitbit needs replacing.
