Don't remove Challenges & Adventures

Do not remove Challenges & Adventures! A lot us use these features to motivate us and connect. My kids are able to connect and do challenges with their friends too.

Really bad decision. Please just bring challenges back in some capacity.

I am just posting a comment that since Fitbit no longer cares about fitness goals, I will be moving on to another product and application.  Not sure why the challenges were removed.

I don’t know why they removed them either. Very unfortunate but I feel the
same way. Was hoping that maybe if enough of us commented, they would bring
the challenges back.--

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE WORK WEEK CHALLENGES AND GROUPS!  I have been using the Fitbit product for 8 years and have gotten to know several people through this platform! It is so sad that you took it away on Monday! It is a very bad marketing move on FITBIT's account. I do not believe this was a well thought out decision on Fitbit's part!  You will lose me as a customer and I'm certain many others as well if you dont replace the Challenges and give us back our ability to be motivated by our friends we have made thru Fitbit!  My friends are from all across the U.S.  PLEASE PLEASE rethink this decision Fitbit!!!

I honestly don't think they care what we want. It's all big business and I
hope all of us leaving will somehow make a dent in their wallets.

I barely open the app anymore. I really only did to check my bingo cards.

I've yet to see any "new" crap.

Absolutely, they’re destroying Fitbit to sell their google watch.
I’m not googling anymore, removing all that’s google from my life.

Kind regards

If I had known they were abut to start stripping features from Fitbit, I would've replaced my broken Versa 2 with another brand. Instead, I stupidly bought another one in January.  It's bad enough that they wouldn't honor the free 6 months for buying a new one (at which point I cancelled my subscription), this just forget ensures that they won't get another dime from me. But I doubt they care, I think Google is trying to wreck Fitbit and shut it down.

I really loved the challenges.  That’s the reason I was using my Fitbit. My next device won’t be a Fitbit/google tracker. 😰

Very disappointed that the challenges were removed. This was the only reason I had a Fitbit. I was excited to get a Fitbit for my son this past Christmas because he wanted to participate in the challenges too. Once my Fitbit breaks I will be looking for another device that will not be a Fitbit. I have 6 other users that all participated in the weekly step challenges and now we are moving to a different app completely.

We just purchased Fitbits for our family so that we could do challenges. It is why we purchased them even though my kids already had Garmin watches, that they prefer. Without this feature, we will be returning the Fitbits and going a different route.

Challenges is the only reason I used fitbit over Apple Watch. It keeps you motivated within friend groups when you get a notification someone is on your heels. Very disappointed. If this doesn’t come back will lose a lot of customers

Please at least bring back open group challenges. The closed group is not even visually motivating. My whole group did way less steps last week because the closed challenge sucks. PLEASE do something

I’ve had a Fitbit since 2009. I won one in a work raffle. I’ve had a Fitbit every since then. I’ve had several versions. I’ve replaced my Fitbit every couple of years since then because they just don’t last longer than that. But because they are not too expensive I just keep replacing them so I can keep doing the challenges. I currently wear an Apple Watch and a Fitbit. The only reason that I keep both is because of the Fitbit challenges that I do with my friends. If Fitbit gets rid of the challenges then once this one when it dies. I’ll simply delete my Fitbit account and chock it up to a good thing that is no more.

Since fitbit decided that the biggest sell of their devices is no longer profitable I had to find a new app that offers similar challenges and races. Stridekick!!! You can link almost any fitness device, so you're not limited to only fitbit users. The challenges aren't as diverse, but you can do weekly, daily, whatever length step challenge. You can also set races with your own background and goals. They don't have bingo sad face, but they have habit tracker challenges. If fitbit os going to screw its users I hope I can screw them and divert some traffic to a new app that is more inclusive to other fitness tracker users.

The removal of the challenges and badges is a terrible move.

My family and I couldn't even see who won the week Work Hussle.

The badges were great to see who was ahead of the game.

These features should be brought back ASAP.

The only reason I bought a Fitbit watch was to join in with the family.

You could try the StrideKick app. It has weekend, weekly, and monthly challenges. My usual Weekend Warrior group moved to StrideKick and we are in a challenge right now. It's so unfortunate for us that Google/Fitbit chose to drop the challenges, but I think they may actually be the losers in the end. No one that I know is buying a Google Pixel watch just to stay with Fitbit.

Are they kidding me?! I'm devastated as the Challenges and Adventures was the biggest reason, as all of us, I stayed motivated. I even caved in the Fall and got Premium so I could do Bingo Challenge with my friends. I had a Vivofit for 3 years because it was cheaper and even they let you go up against other people! Finally get a Fitbit barely a year ago and the best features they had they remove?! I don't use any other features on the Fitbit App so is there really any point to even open it up daily anymore? lol Such a bad move by them....

I too am very upset with the cancellation of challenges. My friends and I loved doing the workweek hustle. I hope Fitbit listens to its customers or they will lose us as customers. Why would you take them away?!?!?

I don't like that fitbit got rid of the challenges, was one of the reasons I kept buying and using fitbit, to stay connected with the people I been doing the challenges with for the last 6 years.

Please bring back the Challenges feature to the FitBit app. It was such a great fun motivator to so many users.

I am not happy you have removed the private groups. Is he’s been in a workweek hussle for years and now it has gone. I, along with my group and very disappointed. We used this to motivate ourselves and challenge each other. I am sorry to say I will be leaving the Fitbit community which I have been part of for 7 years!
