I want to be able yto quickly find, and read, the issues reported for bot current and previous support requests. At present you have to start a new support request to find any active support cases and when you find them you cannot review the issue that has been reported. This time I reported the issue via Instagram so I am unsure what was entered
Because I hate wasting time looking for something that should be listed under current cases on the Fitbit Support page. Also I would like access to the previous support requests for the very same reason ….. so I don’t have t9 waste your time if an error recurs and I can use a previous solution to fix it.
