Easier way to find Active Support Cases with summary

I want to be able yto quickly find, and read, the issues reported for bot current and previous support requests. At present you have to start a new support request to find any active support cases and when you find them you cannot review the issue that has been reported. This time I reported the issue via Instagram so I am unsure what was entered

@LizzyFitbit I am glad, in one way, that this could be looked at if it receives enough t votes from other users,   Though it also really feels like “your call is importantly to us” when you ring an organisation that labels any call a cost rather t(an an opportunity.  Nor are users expected to find this particular product request ….. though slightly easier to find your than own reported issues as I know from experience here.  A lot of users are not very sophisticated and these summary changes you make to your devices and the apps just confuse most users.  Especially when there is no guide to the changes made to the app when 8t is upgraded.  A case in point is the Cardio load figure which just appeared in the apps while we have issues about Stress Management Scores being missing since last shown on the 26 th of February this year.  If this issue has affected a lot of users why not let us know that you are trying to fix it and you will reduce reverse workflow for your support staff.  Google and Fitbit are not making any friends and are really creating opportunities for other providers of these devices by the changes made over the last 12 months to both iOS and Android apps.
