Hi @Wallyking, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. This feature suggestion already exists so I’ve moved your post here. Don't forget to add your vote!
I contacted support today asking about support for Scotiabank. He said currently there is none (generic response) but said he's leaving a note attached to my email and Fitbit account For the engineering department with my request. I'm not sure how much help it will do but at least it forces them to see. I think if you guys also contact we might get our foot in the door and it didn't take much longer than a couple of minutes to get done.
It's incredibly frustrating especially to see support for two very small banks when Scotiabank I'd like to say is most likely one of the biggest five in Canada.
Please add Scotiabank to Fitbit Pay. I am planning on purchasing a Charge 3, and would gladly pay the extra cost if it meant I could use pay for my bank. It would currently not be worth paying the extra if I could not use it.
I am really angry and disappointed with my purchase. Bluetooth does not work well either. I already have Charge 2 which synchonise super well so I know it's not my phone the problem. I will not do it again you can be sure.

It would be less frustrating for your clients (us) if you at least gave an update on why it takes such a long time to just support a bank on your already working service. The request was made more than 1.5 year ago...
I emailed Fitbit today asking what going on and basically they said that it's up to the bank to support fit-bit and youthe bank needs to be contacted and told to support fit-bit pay. This is completely different from any other response I've gotten from them and even the few responses we've gotten from fit-bit on the forum. They need to figure there stuff out because they don't even know what's going on. Direct excerpt from email, "If don’t see your bank on the list, you can contact your bank in a private communication or on social media and tell them that you want to use Fitbit Pay to make contactless payments from your Fitbit device. Ask your bank to see www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay. Note: It’s up to your bank to decide if they want to support Fitbit Pay."
Please add capital one, Bmo, and Scotiabank to Fitbit pay I am now updated to a versa 2 and only still 2 banks available. It's time to add other banks.

This is definitely very disappointing that in over 2 years they have given no update. Bought the Ionic special edition and Fitbit pay was a huge factor and only realised after that it's Canadian options were garbage. AND I work in retail store that sells these. They definitely keep it quiet how bad the support is in Canada. Now I warn customers on a daily basis when they buy Fitbit devices with Fitbit Pay (Aka garbage) feature about the Canadian support. 9 times out of 10 customers decide not to buy it after finding out.
Don't get me wrong. I like Fitbit. I have the Adidas Ionic, Flyers and Aria 2 scale. But I hate how they cheat people with Fitbit Pay and now with their new premium support. Devices have slown down and don't sync properly when free.
