With the forced move to Google accounts, I have an error that there's a child account connected and cannot switch to a G account. Google has refused to remove it for over 3 months even though it's been requested to be deleted multiple times.
Fitbit tells me they will not do Google account support. Google does not offer Google account support.
Anyone in this situation cannot move their data, will lose it all, and has no options for any assistance. Fitbit is just making it so long time loyal users will lose everything with 0 options to fix the issue.
