Gold, Silver, and Copper Awards

I want to suggest you give more than one reward for group competition. That's what happens at the Olympics, so why not Fitbit? It acknowledges and gives incentives to those who are beginners or have circumstances (like travel or illness) that impact getting steps.

I think its a great incentive and I am sure it wouldn't be too hard for the tech team to add a silver and bronze medals for challenges.
