Charge 5 has suddenly stopped working. It was about 75% charged this morning, and then the screen has just gone completely black. It has become unconnected to app via Bluetooth to the app also. I have tried to charge it and reset via the button on the charging cable, pressing 3 times, 1 second between presses. This has had no effect on it resetting or restarting. Whilst connected to the charging cable it continuously beeps/buzzes too. Only pressing the button stops the bleeping/buzzing. I have tried another charging cable but this has the same results - it won’t start, reset or charge. Please fix or replace?

Same thing happened to me! My charge 5 got to 15% battery i plugged it in and it didnt charge. It eventually died and will not charge. I replaced the charger, tried a different socket, reset it, nothing works its just dead.

Fitbit Tracker 5 has not been a pleasant experience. Does not hold a charge for a long time. I tried all the steps given on the site re troubleshooting. It did not improve. Help desk admitted that they found it was draining down to 3% but are not willing to provide a replacement. Since it is not due to misuse, and the problem is due to a product flaw, I feel the company should provide a more satisfactory solution. We have purchased several Fitbits for the family, but we will no longer purchase any product from this line

Same. I have a charge 5 that a few months ago, suddenly would just die and turn off, even with a charged battery. Throughout the forums there were a ton of other people with the same issue after some update. I reached out to support and all I got was a code for 35% off a new Fitbit. Why would I buy a new one when some random update can just make it useless again? The appropriate response would be "We are aware of this issue that has been reported after this update. Our team is aware of it and working on fixing it through another update. We expect to have it resolved within [Reasonable Timeframe]." Was also really disappointed with the lack of support.

100% true they just give you the run around trying to figure out why my device stops syncing every so often telling me a generic answer which is not cool at all! They should be explaining to me on how to fix the problem but they won't!! 😞
