Granular control over status indicators (Charge 6)

It would be useful to have granular control over status indicators (Charge 6, potentially others too).
This is needed because:
Many of us don't need the phone-disconnected or DND status indicators, but might find the sleep mode or battery indicator useful. However currently the only option is turn them all on, or have none of them. This can be frustrating especially when the phone-disconnected icon blocks the heart rate for a couple of seconds but the icon is unneeded.
I'd use this: Daily
