I love how it is almost 2022, nearly 4 years since this suggestion was made, and we still don't have a widget. I know you and Apple are competitors, but seriously.
I simply can’t believe it’s almost 2022 and Fitbit still has no iOS widget whatsoever.
Thousands of fitness ones in the App Store, my other smartwatches all have them & I can’t even get around it as Fitbit doesn’t integrate with Apple Health.
Is there any update on this request? At least a basic widget here showing calories in and out seems like such a given and widgets in iOS aren’t new anymore. Has this made it onto the development docket??
4 YEARS FitBit and STILL no widget?! If there were ever a prime example of not giving your users what they want, this would definitely be it! Do better, be better!
Went to see if I could add a widget to my ios home screen and nope. A little shocked to see the initial request is almost 5yrs old. This would definitely be handy to have to flip through all of your stats or set it to a main stat as a reminder whenever you inevitably pick up your phone to browse social media
Big disappointment for the new charge 5. Nothing new, I switched from charge 3 to the new charge 5, but the battery level does not appear in the iPhone battery widget. Maybe this will happen in the next change when the charge 9 comes out, or maybe not.
Anyone using widgets with a Fitbit would want this. I’m shocked it isn’t a feature. It’s like you want me to trade in my fitbit versa for an apple watch!
Does Fitbit (and really I mean Google) realize that withholding or taking away features from iPhone users is more likely to make us abandon Fitbit in favor of Apple Watch, rather than abandon iPhone for whatever phone Google makes? I might be speaking for myself but I'm way more attached to my iPhone than I am to Fitbit. And I do love Fitbit, but ever since Google bought them out they've made it harder for Apple customers to use the Fitbit app, and largely ignore any feature requests to make Fitbit and Apple products play nicely together.
I did come here looking for widget support, so I'll stop ranting and ask once again: please give us a Fitbit widget for iOS lock screen!
You are right Mlakey. I dont thing that Fitbit (Google) will ever make a widget for IOS. They simply dont care and think that people soon will get android phones 😂.
i did wait until new Fitbit devices came but than I changed to Apple Watch. I know a person that works at Fitbit and what we know is that GOOGLE will NEVER make anything that ”supports” IOS….
If you want to get loyalty to your platform you must create an IPhone widget for steps calories, hours with 250 steps etc. otherwise I will change platforms soon.
I cannot believe Fitbit, that you still have not given iphone users a widget! Seriously, I've been a fitbit user since 2014, I have years of data... and I'm seriously thinking of ditching fitbit because I can't see the data at a glance where I want to. Why, Why, Why have you not prioritized this obviously wanted feature. 294 votes at the time of writing this. Original post in 2018. What gives??????
