Improve Heart Rate Sensor Accuracy With PACs

In the presence of PACs, an ECG test will correctly measure the heart rate, but the heart rate sensors report a heart rate that is roughly half that value. An example of that is me getting an ECG heart rate of 87 bpm but, at the same time, getting an invalid low heart rate notification of 44 - 50 bpm and instantaneous HR readings of around 45 bpm.
