Allow users to set two "Reminders to Move" warnings instead of one (e.g., 15 mins and 5 mins before the hour).
Smart Logic: If the 250-step goal is met, any remaining warnings for that hour are automatically silenced. This provides a flexible, multi-stage nudge instead of a single, easy-to-miss alert.
The current single reminder is too easy to miss when focused on work. If you miss that one alert, you "fail" the hour. A 2-stage system gives a much higher, fairer chance to achieve the hourly goal. It turns the reminder from a simple alert into a true interactive partner for staying active.
