I have had problems, like many, with fitbit and the food log. I have been constantly told it is because my phone is too old as it runs android 9 and will not upgrade further. Despite this I am then told to get a newer one or 'why don't you borrow a new one from family'. I can not afford to keep getting a new phone yo keep up with fitbit.
Those of us who have older phones which can not upgrade the OS and can not aford to replace the phone ever 18 months are treated, by fitbit, as if we we are the ones at fault gor all the problems and are unworthy of the app.
