So true @zeropercent

Quality control seems to be lacking. Also, sometimes it seems like the programmers don't have adequate specifications or understanding of the process they are trying to create.

Management should consider these issues and improve the planning and testing of their products!

I agree with @zeropercent. My Charge 5, which I've had for about a year, is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Just in the past two weeks two 7.5 mile walks (about 2 hours) and a 6 mile walk (about 90 minutes), which displayed in the Exercise page in the app, along with maps and pace/heart zones, changed to thirty to forty minute walks without maps and pace/heart zone measurements. Just changed randomly.

On two other walks the tracker DOUBLED the mileage and the steps. It never corrected during the day so I ended the day with over 30,000 steps and 15 miles. (Looks good but it's not accurate!)

I'm at a loss for what to do about these random malfunctions. But I can't trust that the tracker is going to work. What's the point? Time for an Apple Watch?

Same. Had the Iconic years back and was great but Fitbit recalled it. Been using Fitbit sense and the functionality is horrible... syncing issues, spent multiple half hours trying to do a manual shutdown, restart phone, unpair etc. as it stops syncing every few weeks! Data doesn't seem to sync to my AIA Vitality app - such a pain to use the Fitbit overall.
