I would like Fitbit to more accurately set my sleep and wake times.
I would like to add more information to the process of analysis.
For example, I would like to set my typical wake up and go to sleep times. (Then the algorithm could try to fit my current data).
I would also like to set that I typically have one sleeping period.
The feedback is needed because I gave my known-good Inspire 3 device to my wife to wear for 10 days and it also returned no detailed sleep stage data and Heart Metrics, and her app was missing the HR curves about 50% of the time as well. Therefore, the Inspire 3 devices work more reliably for some people than they do for others.
