Improving Groups/Communities - Creating Robust Leaderboards and Challenges

Hi! Our office is started to revamp our wellness program. Ever staff member is given a Fitbit, they can choose from the Fitbit Flex or Fitbit One. We give prizes to top performers, but I feel the community dashboard and information needs to be more robust.

1. Leaderboard - It only shows myself and everyone ranked higher than me. There's the rest of the staff that don't show up. In order to properly track everyone, I'd like to see all 60 employees.

2. Rankings History - The rankings only show three options: 7 days, the current month, and the previous. It would be nice to have the rankings saved for a historical standpoint, which could be used for award prizes those people with the most improved steps. It'd be also nice to be able to download reports.

3. Challenges - Challenges can only invite 10 people. I don't want to create separate challenges and divide the staff. I'd like everyone who wants to participate to be able to do so together.

I would be willing to pay a premium or corporate account for these features. Thanks!

Thanks for your idea! Corporate Challenges have been implemented already. For more info check out this idea called: Corporate and Industry Challenges. Have a nice day!

There are a lot of suggestions here. What specifically is "released" with corporate accounts?

As an small business entrepreneur (like 99.7% of employers in the U.S.), also willing to pay premiums, I'm most interested in #2 *expanded* Rankings History.
