Include high and low heart rate notifications to Charge series

Fitbit charge will alert the user for high or low notifications, thus making the user more aware of their heart and conditions.

I second the need for this product to have this ability:

I'm suggesting the next upgrade include notification ability when heart beat beats at a set to slowly or to high. it would notify me with vibration. please make this possible for me and others who have had heart problems!!!

As a ME/CFS patient, it's essential that I pace myself to avoid symptom flares. Keeping my HR below my anaerobic threshold is the best way I know of to do this, so I need a device that can warn me when I've exceeded that limit.
