Yes, i came here to say this! It is ridiculous that fitbit can assign you an "excellent" readiness score on the first day of your menstrual cycle when it is proven that cycle stage has a significant impact on physical performance. Including this data for menstruating women who track their cycle using the app is essential
The readiness score is meaningless without accounting for the menstrual cycle. Currently readiness score (which is a major selling point of Fitbit) is only usable for men.
Including this essential factor makes the product MUCH more appealing to women. Market the inclusion and I believe sales would increase
Hi @Ebridge, thanks for sharing this suggestion about including Menstrual data to generate the Readiness score with us. This idea was already requested in this board, so I’ve moved your post here. So many women that I know bring it up that they feel unseen / think the app is lacking when the Fitbit app suggests readiness score as excellent on day one of their cycle. It doesn't make sense to track the menstrual cycle but then not sync this into the readiness score? Why isn't this being done?
Just excluded the cardio load / readiness widgets off app view because it's completely irrelevant without the menstrual information I've been plugging in every month being taken into account. Bad business to have a feature that doesn't work for 45% of your user base, do you have a date for when this will be remedied yet??
