Hi @S13 since the Alta HR has been retired, it probably won't be something that would be considered. I have the same Fitbit and rely more on my app to see my stats.

I figured as much but that's what customer support told me to do. I can't really use my phone to check the app for my bear rate or time when riding my bike or driving. But thanks

Thanks you. I would really appreciate the consideration. I used it mainly as a heart rate monitor and when riding outside or in spin class (a dark room) I can't see the display.
