We (my Fitbit friends) would like to increase the challenge numbers to include more than 10 people. Our group includes way more than 10 who are active and want play
I no longer have a Fitbit but an Apple Watch. However I use many apps including Fit for challenges. It is sad that Apple and Fit are at odds. You would think that for the good and health of the customer they would work together in the applications stuff....
I would definitely like to see challenges open up to more than 10 participants. I do a Workweek Hustle and Weekend Warrior challenge every week but recently I've gotten some jealous friends who can't participate as there are too many of us!
Is there any update on whether you guys will increase the participants to more than 10?
Hoping for the numbers of people to be added to be raised! I do this with my coworkers but we are just about out of space and we can still have others to add! Give us at least 30!
They won't. EVER. They clearly could care less about making any changes to the number of participants.
We've been asking for this for YEARS. We got lip service about this suggestion being "Reviewed By Moderator." That might as well mean, "Viewed and Ignored." It's like yelling at a wall. Fitbit doesn't care.
Color me jaded, but after several years of nothing, at this point, it seems clear that any hopes of this changing for us are pointless. I've given up any belief that they will improve this, or even read any of these threads with helpful intent.
In our company we are doing challenges against other stores and we have more than the max amount of 10. Is it possible to increase the max amount to 20 so we can keep adding members and keep doing challenge to stay fit and to compete against each other. Wouldnt you love more people to use fitbit if we can get more people into challenges.
It would be really helpful to have more than 10 people in the challenges! It's possible to have 10+ in the adventures. Our group has about 12-13 people and we regularly do the Goal Day challenge to keep us accountable.
I own a gym and have clients I love the weekly. weekend hustle challenge groups to keep them motivated and accountable but have way more than 10, I've been doing several groups but need them all in one group. Please allow 20-30 people in those groups. It doesn't make sense to only have 10 for people with larger groups especially if we recommend the Fitbit.
Released prematurely over a year ago and I enjoyed it. When exactly was is supposed to be released?? I would think something released prematurely would be a month or so premature not over a year.
This will NEVER happen. Fitbit doesn't care about customer software requests. This has been asked for YEARS, and they only "reviewed" the suggestion. And by reviewed, I mean they looked at it and threw it in the trash.
It will always be a limit of 10 for any challenge because their customers mean nothing to them, and we're easy to gently placate and ignore.
I've given up any hope they will increase the limit. I'm sure this thread will continue in the years ahead with us all asking pretty please, only to be greeted by crickets on their end.
Fitbit has always supplied great customer service to me with their products. I have faith and positive attitude that this change will occur, trash talk never helps.
Yes, their support for hardware has been great. And they have been good at fixing bugs and software problems. But as far as adding enhancements to the user experience that have been requested, that has been lacking, from my experience.
I and others have been asking for this change for YEARS. Should we wait a decade? This thread is 19 pages long. It feels as though this is a dead topic, and one Fitbit has no interest in implementing. I may be "trash talking," as you say, but it's out of sheer frustration at getting absolutely ZERO feedback on this other than "this has been reviewed."
All my friends and myself would like to be able to add more then ten people in the challenges! Also do teams of two in the challenges and be able to post pictures and gifs/memes thanks lucas
Are there any updates with increasing the number of participants to exceed more than 10 for the weekly challenges? I have some friends that had it briefly and raved about how nice it was to be able to invite more people to their challenges. They were hopeful that is was going to be permanently available to everyone.
This is something that the fitbit community have expressed over a very extensive period of time and I am just curious why this have not been implemented or deployed if it was a mini roll-out a while ago. Were there issues or barriers that have not been communicated to the users, if so that info would be helpful in us understanding the delay better? Please update us on the current status of this request... Thanks!
