Increase display time on Charge series

I have a Charge 3. When I receive a text, message (like the 10,000 steps fireworks) or email it is displayed for about 2 seconds and then gone forever. Same with all of the watch displays so short to really read and comprehend before it is gone. Add a feature to allow the watch display time to be modified/customized to 5-8 seconds by the user. Thank you.
