Increase font size on Sense

We need azway to adjust the text size for the notifications on the sense. The screen is so small to begin with it makes it very hard to quickly and easily read notifications at the current don't size. If we could make them double the current size it would be perfect.

The font size for text messages is ridiculously small.  Please make this a user configurable setting.

Can we have larger font size?  The scope of getting notifications on the watch is to be able to read them!

I've asked this question myself. I wish Fitbit would respond. We don't all
have young eyes anymore.

Provide an option to change the font size of workout details and notifications.

How had this not been fixed yet after years of people literally begging for it? Please, fur god's sake allow us to change the text size on this watch. Thank you

An option to increase font size would be nice.  And looks like it has been a request/complaint for a couple years now.  So why not figure it out Fitbit.  When I get a text on my watch, I always have to either grab my phone or my glasses to read the text.

It's crazy to me that such an easy request is not being addressed at all.
It's not like everyone is asking for something so unattainable that they
will have to do years of coding on. Text adjustment....So 1999. Let's do
this FitBit!!!

I don't wear reading glasses while exercising. It wouldn't be safe in some situations. There are so many requests for font size options I'm surprised that it is not already done. Each new tracker has many improvements. Make this one happen!

Over 50 and my Fitbit (Sense) is completely useless as the font is simply too small to be legible.  I can pick a face that has a large time font, but everything else is small. Yes,  I understand that the screen is small, but surely a face where you can swipe to see battery level, steps, heart rate etc in large fonts isn't beyond modern science?

Yes, I can swipe up and see slightly larger fonts, but the headings are still small. If I see 1000 I've no idea if that's step count, calorie count, distance or whatever.  Useless!

Notifications are useless too. I know I've a notification but I then need to pull out my phone to get any further info (useless as my phone vibrates AND beeps)

I feel Fitbit are ignoring accessibility laws and regulations around the world and denying the use of their products to people with visual impairments, whether is age-related or otherwise.

I won't be getting another Fitbit as I can't see any value to me over a £20 watch.

The font on the emails on Fitbit Sense are too small for me now as I'm aging.

The i-watch allows the user to increase the size but Fitbit does not.  Please

add this feature!

For some of us old timers like me, the font size is painfully small. Very frustrating.

I agree that an option to choose the font that suits your needs should be made available to users.  I have been able to choose a watch face that suits my needs, but when I receive notifications I am flat out seeing them without fully stopping, holding my arm out at a distance and concentrating when I don't have my reading glasses with me.  My eyesight isn't that bad that I need to wear glasses all the time, but I find the notification font just that little bit too small for me to easily focus on.  Even being able to increase it slightly will be a benefit. I would be happy to sacrifice the number of words being able to be displayed before needing to scroll down to see more for this feature. Thanks! 😄

It's obvious that Google is not interested in investing into FitBit. I
imagine they will sunset this at some point and move everything to
their Google Watch. Too bad, Fitbit made a decent product for the price
point. Google seems utterly confused with what to do with all of these
fragmented companies they have bought over the years.

PLEASE give us the ability to change the font.  Why have notifications show up if you cannot read the minute font on the screen?  I see the Apple watch has large font for these things.

Certainly for a $400 watch this should not be an issue.

I absolutely agree 100%! There's so much wasted space on every design, yet none have fonts that are readable. Very poor user interface design for an expensive piece of electronics!

Have used Fitbit for over 10 years and last one stopped working so was sent a new one under warranty. A day before I was told a new one would be sent ( took 3 days via one email per day for the info to filter through from the support team) I purchased a Garmin which leaves the Fitbit Sense 2 for dead as far as notifications and font size go.
Such a shame a smart watch that is half the price is superior for notifications and font size.

Surely Fitbit can address this issue?

There needs to be a dial or some option to increase and decrease font size in all areas on the fitbit products. I have searched and found discussions for years past and this us still not an option.

Hi @Alley533 - it would be a great idea to cater for people with poor eyesight but unfortunately Google focuses mainly on people without any disabilities or weaknesses. There is no support for left handed people who make up 10% of the population, for example.

Hmm, I've been trying to think of what I could possibly say differently about the Fitbit Sense's Notification screen font size that hasn't already so elegantly and consistently been said already by a MULTITUDE of owners of this watch over THE LAST 4 YEARS, but, alas, it has already been said. I had a Charge 2 watch for many, many years and finally broke down, at my husband's urging, and switched over to the Sense. Little did I realize the watch had this issue, and so many people have complained, and yet, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT? Don't make me regret my purchase....FIX THE PROBLEM. It is NOT Rocket Science, people!

Google has abandoned Fitbit unfortunately.
