Injury and rehabilitation tracker

I’d like to be able to mark a workout or a day where I sustained an injury and from that point have a tracker that allows me to gauge rehab progress back to the level of fitness at the point of injury. Then continue toward performance goals with a feeling of having overcome the injury and a better awareness of risk at that level of performance+

I broke my ankle and had to get surgery. I think it would be helpful to have a rehabilitation tracker and a forum to share ideas for alternate exercises while convalescing.   I have made a lot of progress over the last two months and afraid I am going to lose it.

I've just bought my first fitbit to help me with my rehab. Absolutely loving it, but agree it would be good if I could flag rehab for the exercises and have my daily step count and goals adjusted accordingly.

@YojanaFitbit  this feature has been requested on many different threads on so many occasions - going back to like 2014. I appreciate that FitBit is not exactly a small local business, so it may not be the easiest thing to get the user request to the people who can actually make a decision on this but Jesus Christ almighty. Surely this has been asked enough times to pass this to the development team… When/what was the last feature FitBit introduced? I’ve owned a FitBit for some time now and I don’t recall seeing any recent changes. I welcome some other comments from the FitBit team other than that we need to vote for an 8 year old post. Sorry, rant over.

Is it rude to bump such an old post? 😬

I'm currently recovering from an ankle injury and would find it incredibly useful to help track my recovery.

Even something as simple as "How sore is your injury today?" just so I can keep track on progress and also look back at my activity on days and how it effects my recovery.
