Install any firmware updates on Fitbit devices right after setup

This is definately not he amazon experience. Google my understanding is you aquired fitbit, show your Google magic. Super frustrated as a new user procuduct is not out to the box, " plug and play". I had to call customer service to find out I needed a software upgrade. It's brand new, can you push new IOS upgrades like Apple Does?
