I am new to the fitbit community but have been using Nike app to track workouts. I have noticed over 300 people have asked that you integrate this app as other companies such as garmin and others have done. Your reply to the consumer is a cut and paste reply not answering as to why you wont do so. You are starting to lose customers to other companies that listen to their people. Can you please tell us why you sound hesitant to incorporate this since we pay so much for your product but you dont seem to answer your customers. This Will help the community decide whether their next product will be through you or your competitors that listen to their consumers. Thank you.
This one keeps rearing its head. Unfortunately it never seems to get enough traction to get noticed at a high level.
Nike Running is a great app. Fitbit is also great. However I'm now at a stage where I am considering getting rid of my Ionic and quitting the Fitbit Family because I can't sync with NRC.
This is a big deal Fitbit and I know I'm not alone.
I'm sure the reasons are financial / something to do with Apple. If this is the reason then Fitbit should be honest and let us know.
Anyway the only way we can get Fitbit to take notice is via voting. So let's get thousands of votes on this. A couple of hundred isn't enough!
Hi @Gerald27, thanks for taking the time to share why you would like to see this option on the Fitbit app. This feature suggestion already exists, so I’ve moved your post here. While we don’t currently have plans to release this feature, we always appreciate the passion and creativity that comes out of this Community. Since we know this idea is important to many of you, we have left voting open to continue tracking interest and will post another update if anything changes. Its been years now i am using Fitbit and Nike Run App. I have to carry my watch as well as my mobile every time i go for run. Please include this feature to sync Fitbit watch with Nike Run App. Fitbit customers have been requesting for this since long time. There are so many Apps and Watches in market. Fitbit needs to be a bit flexible with its policies as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. I have seen in other threads, that Fitbit team has asked customers to contact Nike team for this. But why Fitbit can't approach Nike? I love Fitbit and i dont want to lose it. If Fitbit is not planning to include this feature, then changing my watch will be my last option.
