I, too, would like to delete old notifications from the Fitbit app on my phone. Customer service rep Carlo told me that these cannot be deleted and that 100 of these are saved. These are the notifications I get telling me I have reached (or overreached or not reached) my step goal for the day, the "you only need 366 more steps to meet your goal for the day" and such. I have these back to August of 2017 and have zero use for them. Don't need them, so they are just basically litter to me.
Hello Lanuza, the notifications I was referring to are the ones on the watch, from messenger, gmail and such.
Fourgrands, I turned off notifications from Fitbit like that a long time ago because there were too many! I do wish Fitbit would give us more notification options. I do a few challenges and those are too much, too!! However, this suggestion was about getting the ability to clear the phones' messages via the app.
I just noticed on the app that the Fitbit notifications are a lot more customizable than they used to be. Yay! (But again, has nothing to do with this suggestion.)
I have several notifications on my Charge 3 from 2017 (when I had a Charge HR), such as "You're close to your steps goal today." That's pretty useless information. I haven't found any way to delete those notifications using the mobile apps.
Would love to be able to clear notifications from the app instead of the watch. Add to an option to clear all the notifications without having to scroll all the way to top would be awesome.
