List of the Compendium of Physical Activities.

Today I replied to a Fitbitter and gave him a link to the Compendium Of Physical Activities which has descriptions the same as Fitbit are using in the Activities database. If there was a link to this in the Fitbit FAQ's most Fitbitters will find what they are looking for, and if interested they will find out about METS and effort.
