Make all Google Wallet banks be supported on Fitbit devices

There is another thread with exactly the same title in 'released' status. However that's not the full truth. The now existing Google Wallet still essentially is a rebranded Fitbit Pay, your cards and payments realised by Fitbit will not appear at your account under https://wallet.google.com/wallet/home
