Make personal photo as clock face for Versa 4/Sense 2

It is now only possible for older Versa models to set a personal photo as clockface, not on the Versa 4.

Hi @Hester246 - if you live in the EEA Google deny you access to any non Fitbit clocks or apps for all smart watches.

See more - Removal of Third-party Products from the Fitbit Gallery for EU Users in June 2024

If you have a clock face already installed it should still work.

There are several work arounds though you can't use the sideloading option on later watches such as a Versa 4.

Hi @Guy_ , thanks for replying. I know that third party apps have been removed. The third party app on my fitbit for a personal clockface photo was no longer working so I had to delete it only to find out that I could not download it back. That was when I found out about the removal of third party apps (See my other question in the community here ).

You mentioned workarounds. Do you have any for the Versa 4?

Hi @Hester246 - please read the comment in the link about IP addresses, it gives you a clue for a possible workaround.

But note apps are not supported on a Versa 4, only clock faces and not all older clock faces have been ported to work on the Versa 4, if you moved from a Versa 3, for example.

Users who remove watch clocks, apps or phone apps or do a factory reset are unfortunately limited to loading only what's currently available afterwards, which can mean losing things that were working previously.
