Make sleep schedule more readable (adding horizontal bars)

Now the sleep schedule bars have been shifted to vertical rather than horizontal, they are shorter, meaning that when they are scaled to the whole night, differences in bedtime become very hard to see. This is compounded by scaling the bars to include afternoon naps which make them even more compressed.
