Make the Ace Pass Available Internationally

One of the most valuable uses of the Fitbit Ace is when we are traveling internationally. My understanding is that the Ace Pass LTE only works in the US.

I use Google Fi and know how seamless international roaming is with it. Would be a huge benefit to for the kids to be able to use the watch internationally too.
I would happily pay an intl addon.

This is more up to the individual bank, and the country the bank is in. Not really something fitbit has control of.

I am also a Google Fi subscriber that use Fitbit ace with my kid. I will like to have the Fitbit ace watch to work internationally since I travel with my kid all the time outside the US. Please add this option to the ace pass plan. Thank you!

I am also a Google Fi, Google Pixel, Google suites... All around Google Gal.... I really don't want to have to think about switching  to crapple to have an option for use internationally with my kiddo!  Heading to Japan in a few months hopefully we'll be featuring the Fitbit Ace LTE on the arm of our kiddo when we take our awesome +me photos with Pixel 9 pro!!

Google Fi user, Family Link, with multiple Pixels and Chromebooks and two Fitbit Ace LTEs. We travel extensively as a family and international wireless connectivity is THE single most important feature missing from the Fitbit Ace LTE. Please bring Google Fi-style international coverage to the Ace, even for an additional fee, and we'll stick to it for years to come.

Yes, please add international coverage. It would make a huge difference in how useful the watch is to our family. It would go from good to FANTASTIC.

Absolutely needed. I have two kids and the lack of international support is the only feature that keeps me from buying two of these watches. I would add that I would be ok with support only on case of emergency,  like kid places and SOS call. I would also be ok with a significant charge on this exceptional circumstances like 50$ or 100$ per occurrence. Just sing ideas on how to make this work for profitability.

Very disappointed to hear the watch won't work internationally. Both my boys have this watch and it's been great locally, was counting to have that peace of mind during our trip to Europe this Christmas. Definite +1 from me!
