I’d love an option to manually add Cardio Load points/data daily on the App and any other data generating platforms used. For my swims, an “Add Cardio Load” option would allow me to enter my own estimate of Cardio Load based on length of swim via yards, time, and/or heart rate, if the device records heart rate during the exercise and my HR is high.
Devices don’t track Cardio Load during swimming workouts due to the water obstructing the sensors. My above suggestion will allow swimmers to track progress more effectively and accurately. It’s very disheartening to not reach our Cardio Load daily goals on the App even though we know we’ve done more and are truly exercising while swimming.
