Monitor Ehlers-Danlos syndrome symptoms

I suffer from a genetic disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

There are multiple types with different symptoms, such as dysatonmia irregular heart beats and many others. My doctors requested I wear a fitbit to monitor what we can. Is there anyway Fitbit can do some research and monitor some symptoms?
