I've bought 2 Flex, 2 Charges in 6 years. I've not used Fitbit in over a year. I stopped when - without prior warning - my phone GPS had to be on full time & my computer would no longer give me the overview of the data my Fitbit collected, I'm a senior citizen. This forum seems to be the only way to say you've lost me as a customer. Pity.
Full time GPS on my Android means my phone runs hot & burns thru its battery charge in less than a day. Not being able to access the data in a computer program as opposed to a phone app means I don't have access at all. Phone-use sets off my carpal tunnel & the screen is not large enough for easy reading. There are better "only a timepiece"s.
