I count my steps. If I forget to wear my FitBit I cannot add an estimated number of steps (not miles, kms or calories) based on what I would expect over that time frame. Also I would like to estimate STEPS for my exercise routines, many of which do not register any steps even when quite energetic.
Since lockdown I have developed an exercise routine first thing in the morning - usually before my shower so not wearing my fitbit. Recently I've put it on my wrist in the sleep band, but it does not register for every move. I count the number of movements and enter these as running! Also needed for when I estimate for when I forget to wear it.
