New App look on Cell phone

I'm not trying to sound redundant, but the new visual app on the cell phones is not aesthetic. In fact I find the look reminds me of a child's elementary school drawing. At least give us the option of using the old app. I do believe that when YOU decide to update these apps, we should be notified so that we can deny updates.
