I have had a One for 3 years now and love it but am a bit disappointed that some features are not available on it (e.g.. active mins per hour etc). Please can you make a new clip on fitbit with more features. I really don't want a wrist one at all.
Please, please, please bring back the One! My family and friends and I love ours. None of us likes wearing a wrist tracker. The Zip doesn't have the rechargeable battery nor some of the other features of the One. I've had my One for some years, and the Ultra prior to that, have loved them, and cannot imagine why you don't continue to have the One and/or a similar replacement. But frankly I don't think the One needed any improvements, as it was perfect for my wants. I know mine won't last forever, so I rally hope you have the One back by the time I need a replacement. I want to stay with Fitbit! I need a belt style tracker!
I certainly hope that Fitbit realizes how many happy One users they have who are distressed, upset, angry, bewildered, baffled, astonished and concerned about finding a One type tracker. Why on earth did they discontinue it without a replacement? Although the One itself suites all my needs, I could understand a "new and improved" version, but why on earth is there no similar product available? I think by now they must "get" the idea that many of us do NOT like wearing a wrist tracker, for numerous reasons, and that they are going to be losing a lot of formerly very loyal customers who have recommended the One to many people, bought them for ourselves and for gifts, etc. PLEASE, FITBIT, HEED OUR PLEAS!
Montnan, Fitbit knows; they just don't care. They'd rather try to force us all into ill-fitting (they don't make a wrist tracker that fits my child-size wrists), inaccurate devices that "people can see." We can keep hoping they'll see the light.
Thanks, Rossweisse. As I scrolled through the many posts, I noticed that the moderators always say " We look forward to hearing what other community members think." Do they not read the many posts and see for themselves what so many of us think? Why don't they give us a reason for discontinuing the One? Better yet, why don't they realize they need to bring it (or something very much like it) back? Do they really think that the visibility improves their sales of wrist trackers enough to offset the business they are losing by not having a good belt tracker? As our Ones finally give out, they will be losing many of us to other companies. I HATE the thought of leaving Fitbit, as I was happy with the Ultra and even happier with the One, and have received excellent customer service, but I don't see any other option at this point. Sigh.
I know, montnan. I love my One (and I was happy with my Ultra), which has helped me keep moving through 7 1/2 years of cancer diagnoses and treatments. This decision just makes no sense.
I'd like to second the idea of a clip on similar to the One. I don't like to wear anything on my wrist either. I don't want people to know that I'm tracking my steps etc.
Also @Jayelo What type of clip did you get for the flex2...I can only see a pendant and bangles
Say it loud and clear on social media. To every post about a wrist tracker, say you can't wear a wrist tracker and want a One replacement. Let's make our voices really known and HEARD!

Just the few posts I've made on Twitter have made them uncomfortable.
@@Happy. Jogger I ordered this off of amazon and I really like it eGenPlus Silicone Clip Holder for Fitbit Flex 2, Silicone Clip Holder Built-in Smart Strong Magnetic Clasp Strap for Fitbit Flex 2,No Tracker - 12 Months Warranty https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N8STB6E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_i_SF34AbCRHPEGE
Even with a clip, the Flex is inferior to the One. We need a tracker with the same features as the One as a clip. Everyone I know who’ve bought wrist trackers no longer use them!
None of the wrist trackers count stars which makes the One superior. As everyone else has been saying, take to social media. I have been posting on Facebook and Twitter, Maybe if we keep it up, they will bring back the One or a similar device. If not, they will lose a lot of loyal customers. I have purchased three for myself, three as gifts, my mom has purchased three as a result of my recommendation. So right there should say something. I would not recommend the wrist based trackers, nor would I wear one. They need to wake up and listen to their customer base.
Hey! You need to check your local Walgreens and see if they have a One left! I wasn't looking for one but found one! It was on clearance for $70! [cid:storage_emulated_0__EmailTempImage_1_RotateImage_20180427_195730_jpg_1524877323921]
Friends! Check your local Walgreens! I was looking at the clearance items at one of my local Walgreens and found a One for $70!
I questioned whether or not I should support this company that keeps sidelining those of us who want an accurate clip-on, hidable tracker, but I bought it, because I really do love this specific tracker.
Thanks to all that are telling me to go to Wallgreens because they have Ones there. That would be great if I in fact needed one at the moment. Mine is still working for now. The other problem being, I live in Australia, we don't have Wallgreens.
Ive had a Zip for over 4 years and am looking for a clip based tracker that has an altimeter and tracks sleep - there is zero out there! I dont want something on my wrist, I dont need phone notifications, I dont want to shout the fact Im using a Fitbit. Come on Fitbit, give us an updated clip on tracker.
I miss my Fitbit ONE. All these wrist band ones aren't accurate in counting steps. It counts arm movement and that's cheating to me. I was super motivated with my Fitbit one so i can get my goal steps in. Now that that broke, i am stuck with an arm one i don't care for. Currently using the charge 2.
I have been very happy with my Fitbit One and I'm disappointed that Fitbit has discontinued it in favor of those that are worn on the wrist. When my current tracker dies, I will be in search of a new tracker but I do not want one that I have to always wear on my wrist. I am not comfortable always wearing something on my wrist. It ends up getting in my way, bothers me when I'm typing, leaves tan lines when I'm in the sun, doesn't look right with professional attire, not very discreet, among other various reasons. I just don't like the feeling of something on my wrist all of the time. Bottom line is some folks just don't want to wear something on their wrist 24/7 and I'm one of them.
It is my hope that Fitbit will create a replacement for the One that doesn't have to be worn on the wrist and that has the same tracking abilities of the One.
I agree with you on every point. And, some people cannot wear anything on their wrists because it could be a safety hazard for the type of work they do. Eliminating the one is such a bad thing to do.
