Notifications for low SpO2 levels

Can we have notifications when our Oxygen Saturation is low?

This is needed because:
I didn't notice that my oxygen saturation had been worryingly low for a few days, because I hadn't been scrolling down to the Health Metrics on a daily basis. This seems like something worthy of having optional notifications. Attached is picture of my Oxygen Saturation being low for 3 days in a row, and I didn't know about it.
I'd use this: Weekly
