I’m looking for an away to setup Fitbit to give me a 10 to 15min workout routine when I get up in the morning based on my sleep score, and my fitness level.
I’m doing this with another app called “Seven”. It will give me different exercises each morning based on my fitness level. They are random, and last for 7 to 8min. It is working really well.
When I get up in the morning, I don’t want to try and find a workout, I would just like a short workout given to me that I can do, and it can get hard as I get better.
