My charge 3:worked great and my Android app works great. The last firmware update messed up my sleep,water, weather on my device. I have dealt with customer support to basically get no answer or fix. Was even told my phone wasn't 100 % compatible. Ok my charge 3 and phone were both 100% compatible before the firmware update and phone app still is . The issue is with the charge 3 only after the update. The app still shows everything the device does not. I think it would be a GREAT idea to add a feature to your app that has a software and firmware version shown including when they were updated and a tab that says 'having issues after update?' click here to restore your device firmware to a previous version.. click here to restore your app to the previous version. Would help people like me get their Fitbit fully functional and 100% awesome again. Please take this recommendation to whomever can make it happen. Thank you.
