The Fitbit Community is a gathering place for real people who wish to exchange ideas, solutions, tips, techniques, and insight about the Fitbit products and services they love. By joining our Community, you agree to uphold these guidelines, so please take a moment to look them over.
You should allow people to send back their old broken Fitbits for free so you can do post-mortem
This is needed because:
My last two Fitbits (Charge3 and Charge2) have lasted only a little over a year. My C3 issue (which I have an open forum post about) remains unresolved and I'm pretty sure it's a hardware issue. I ended up buying the C4 since it was on sale (you guys are like a bad relationship I keep going back to) so the C3 is useless to me now.
