The interchangable wristbands seem to break often and I am not changing my colors. I would really appreciate a permanent wristband so that it last longer than a few months. I wear my fitbit to exercise not for a fashion statment. :}
I have now lost two fitbit devises. I’m not saying the bands need to be permanent, but y’all should find a more secure way to fasten the band to he devise.
I most recent loss was an Alta I purchased may 2016. Earlier this month it fell off and I didn’t even notice until I rolled up my sleeves to do dishes.
The first loss was a flex that kept popping off where the band and devise attached. So, sad to not have a devise anymore, but will not purchase another or recommend until the issue is fixed.
