Your calorie estimates are double what actual expenditure is. This is supported by multiple reviews and my personal experience. Following your assumed calories burned, almost double, I was not losing any weight because the 500 deficit was actually just my base caloric level. Once adjusted I started to lose weight at the rate at which I should have.
