Priority contacts for notifications

I'd like to be able to select which contacts' texts turn up as notifications on my FitBit. When I'm at work I want to be able to see if family is trying to contact me but don't want to be bothered by group texts or twitter rants (or friends that don't know how to send one text). I'd like to be able to set in the app a list of people that have the green light and all else is blocked (unless there is no list or the list is not "active"). It's possible to allow the phone to do the screening so it would be applicable to all trackers.

For medical reasons,T would be extremely helpful. My phone already has starred contact alerts only, the Fitbit should mimic this exactly. Simply, if there's an alert on the phone, then alert on Fitbit. Right now it's alerting me on everything and it defeats the purpose.
