I purchased a bundle of ten clock faces from a developer, but can’t link to my purchase through Fitbit clock faces. Please include a “Purchased” section.
Put a section on Mobile app (Versa 2) for clock face purchases. Since only a few can be saved, it would be beneficial to have a place to go and find what has been purchased.
Hi @AK67, thanks for explaining why you would like to have the option to see a purchased clock faces section. Thanks for sharing your feedback. I've moved it into a similar request. A lot of users are asking for this option, I hope we receive updates soon.
I came here just to make this suggestion for my new Versa! I was excited and bought a few bundles on sale, and now I haven't the slightest idea what I have. I am fine with only having 5 available on the watch itself at any given time, but I really, really, REALLY want a third tab in the app that shows all my purchased clock faces/apps so I can quickly change out which 5 I want to use at any given moment. I really want to buy more options, but honestly since I am having a hard time figuring out what I already own, I probably won't for now. I'd be likely to spend a LOT more money on stuff like this if there was an easy way to just see purchase history, or "Clocks/Apps You Own" or something along those lines.
I wish there was a way for you to have a tabe for all percused whatch faces. so you don't have to use the email link and go back and forth. My thoughts on this would be like how you guys have the staff pick and free clock face on the app section but for those who purchased whatch faces

It's now been two and a half years since this was suggested. I don't even consider it a feature request. Not having it is a product mistake. Your users are wasting their money on faces purchased that can never be retrieved again. This isn't a "nice to have - let's vote on it" feature. After realizing this basic functionality was not in the product, I stopped buying watch faces. I work as a product strategist and I can't believe this was missed in the planning. I definitely can't believe it has languished in the idea portal for more than two years. I was disappointed...now I'm just angry.
Hello! Somehow within my device list, I would like to be able to see all the clock faces I have installed or purchased, like a history of what I have used. Since I have made so many purchases and I don't remember the desing names, nor their creators' names. I have to scroll and scroll everytime I want to make a change of a clock face (when they aren't in my 5 saved ones.
It would be more efficient if there was a historical list of what I have installed and used. Sometimsometí try a clock faces that does not meet my needs, thus I remove it from my watch. So, if I didn't like what I used, I could delete it from the list.

I think it's really odd that Google owns Fitbit now and does not have a app purchase history spot where people can get their watch faces back that they purchased. You can only keep 5 watch faces in your quick launch, and beyond that, if you don't know EXACTLY what your watch face was titled, shame on ya I guess. Google promotes the creativity of app developers, and Fitbit seems to promote the creativity of watch face developers, but it's not a very friendly system. I made the mistake of buying a watch face bundle from one developer, and I literally have to save an email of all the links to each face so I can get it again, and then I have to enter the code every single time I download one of the faces to prove purchase. It's been 3 years since Google bought Fitbit. This doesn't seem very acceptable that this feature has not been developed by now when basically all of Google's other sub companies or apps have history features (i.e. Youtube, Google play). Can we expect to see this updated for Fitbit in the near future?
